You’ll receive a confirmation email with an info pack, a tentative schedule, and a short form to share room preference, dietary needs, and movement history. Payment plan details and remaining balance timelines are included too.
Deposits are non‑refundable because they secure the villa and logistics. In some cases you may transfer your spot to another suitable guest or apply your investment to a future offering. Full policy details are in your info pack.
